COMMITTEES
CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
Responsible for Association's education and training programs including the Education Series and other training programs that might be put together. Works directly with Membership Committee for the monthly Ed Series.
Made up of the Executive Board Members. Responsible for Action between board meetings and board leadership/governance education.
Responsibilities include: Establishing and monitoring budget(s) for AzAPT, overseeing bank and investment accounts, overseeing all financial and budgeting operations, including reporting. Responsible to make sure the yearly tax and corporation forms are filed by a CPA on behalf of the Association.
Responsibilities include: Recruitment, retention, orientation, involvement and prospecting programs for members. Set up networking programs, develop a membership campaign, and continue member surveys to determine needs of membership. Responsible for "Get-A-Member Campaign."
Responsible for yearly elections of board of directors. Members are appointed by chair. Responsible for nominating for open board positions, i.e., officers and board members. Chairs are appointed by the President.
Responsibilities include: putting out no less than 3 newsletters a year, finding articles, putting together layout, working with Administrative Director to distribute to membership.
Responsibilities include: working on furthering ideas of Advocacy, Marketing, and to Promote the use of play therapists.
